Refund policy




RETURNS:

At Two Amigas, your satisfaction is our priority. You may return any unused items within 15 days of receipt, provided they’re in the original condition, including packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items are returned in unsatisfactory condition.

Certain items marked as Final Sale may be excluded from our return policy for hygiene reasons or other circumstances. Please consult the product's listing to learn if your item is eligible or not.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@twoamigas.com,  along with your order # and reason for return. You will then receive a confirmation email with a return label and shipping guidelines. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the cost of the return label ($10-15, based on item weight).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.For any further inquiries or assistance regarding returns, please don't hesitate to contact our dedicated customer service team. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will be happy to assist you throughout the return process!

REFUNDS:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll inform you via email about the receipt and whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EXCHANGES:

In the unlikely event that any of your Two Amigas objects for living arrive broken or damaged, or an incorrect product was shipped, please let us know within 5 days of delivery in order to exchange it. Upon receipt of the product, we’ll fully examine it and notify you via e-mail whether you’re entitled to a replacement. If so, we’ll replace your purchase in a timely manner.
